Repetition of representations and warranties. Each of the representations and warranties contained in clause 4.1 of this Agreement, clause 4 of each Owner’s Guarantee, clause 3 of each Manager’s Undertaking and clause 7 of the Principal Agreement shall be deemed to be repeated by each of the Relevant Parties on the Effective Date as if made with reference to the facts and circumstances existing on such day.

Repetition of representations and warranties.
