Repeat Offenders. Should a contractor be found guilty of repeatedly transgressing these rules he/she will be fined R5000-00 and will have to appear before the Board of Trustees. The contractor will not be allowed on site untill the fine is paid in full.
Repeat Offenders. Middle or High school students who persistently violate the Code of Student Conduct and commit 10 or more offenses (other than solely attendance offenses, such as being tardy and skipping), accumulate 10 days of short term suspensions or accumulate a combination of suspensions and offenses (so long as attendance violations are not more than 50% of the offenses) that total 10 in a school year for Level II and III offenses may be recommended for an alternative school assignment. Middle school students may be assigned to the Millennium Academy at Xxxxxxx Learning Center. Middle and High School students may be assigned to an Alternative Learning Center (ALC) at their regular school if one so exists. Assignment to the Millennium Academy is subject to the approval of the Assistant Superintendent for Middle Schools. Students may be assigned to an ALC by the Principal, but such assignments are subject to review by the appropriate Assistant Superintendent. Assignments to ALCs are for up to ninety (90) school days. Students may be re-admitted to the regular school program if they have no unexcused absences, exhibit exemplary behavior and satisfactorily complete all school work and homework assignments. If a student continues to commit Level II and III offenses at the Millennium Academy, in an ALC or upon return to his/her regular school or classes after an assignment to the Millennium Academy or ALC, a subsequent offense may be treated as a Level IV offense. If, after assignment to Xxxxxxxx High School or Middle School Academy, a student becomes a repeat offender as defined hereinabove, and/or commits a Level IV offense, such offenses may be treated as a Level V offense. Students are required and expected to follow specific rules and consequences for behavior set forth at school system alternative programs.
Repeat Offenders. An employee will as a minimum, be automatically placed on a final written warning in the event there is repeat of any inappropriate behaviour within six (6) months from the expiry of a previous warning. This does not preclude the possibility for termination occurring as a consequence of the inappropriate behaviour if it is of sufficient seriousness to warrant such action.
Repeat Offenders. Please note that it is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Repeat Offenders. The CRA shall include a provision in the Agency Agreement that repeated non-compliance with the requirements of Attachment 6 or Attachment 7 shall constitute a breach or default of the Agency Agreement. Funds collected by the CRA under this Subsection 5 will be used to support the First Source/ Local Hiring Program.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Preventive Care and Early Detection Services This plan covers, early detection services, preventive care services, and immunizations or vaccinations in accordance with state and federal law, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), as set forth below and in accordance with the guidelines of the following resources: • services that have an A or B rating in the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF); • immunizations recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; • preventive care and screenings for infants, children, and adolescents as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); or • preventive care and screenings for women as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines as supported by HRSA. Covered early detection services, preventive care services and adult and pediatric immunizations or vaccinations are based on the most currently available guidelines and are subject to change. The amount you pay for preventive services will be different from the amount you pay for diagnostic procedures and non-preventive services. See the Summary of Medical Benefits and the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits for more information about the amount you pay. Preventive Office Visits This plan covers the following preventive office visits. • Annual preventive visit - one (1) routine physical examination per plan year per member age 36 months and older; • Pediatric preventive office and clinic visits from birth to 35 months - 11 visits; • Well Woman annual preventive visit - one (1) routine gynecological examination per plan year per female member.
