Common use of Repayment of Overpayments Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Overpayments. If, at any time, Xxxxx identifies any Overpayment, Xxxxx shall repay the Overpayment to the appropriate payor (e.g., Medicare contractor) in accordance with the requirements of 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7k(d) and any applicable regulations and guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
