Common use of Repayment of Moneys Held by Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the Covenant Defeasance Option or Legal Defeasance Option with respect to the Transition Bonds of any Series, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent other than the Bond Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Transition Bonds shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Bond Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Repayment of Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the Covenant Defeasance Option or Legal Defeasance Option with respect to the Transition Bonds of any SeriesSecuritized Utility Tariff Bonds, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent other than the Bond Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Transition Bonds shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Bond Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the Covenant Defeasance Option or Legal Defeasance Option with respect to the Transition Bonds of any SeriesSecuritization Bonds, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent other than the Bond Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Transition Bonds or the Intercreditor Agreement shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Bond Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the Covenant Defeasance Option or Legal Defeasance Option with respect to the Transition Bonds of any SeriesSecuritized Utility Tariff Bonds, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent other than the Bond Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Transition Bonds shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Bond Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the exercise of the Covenant Defeasance Option or the Legal Defeasance Option with respect to the Transition Environmental Control Bonds of any Series, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent other than the Bond Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Transition Environmental Control Bonds shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Bond Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the Covenant Defeasance Option or Legal Defeasance Option with respect to the Transition Bonds of any SeriesEnvironmental Trust Bonds, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent other than the Bond Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture or any Intercreditor Agreement with respect to such Transition the Environmental Trust Bonds shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Bond Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Repayment of Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the Covenant Defeasance Option or Legal Defeasance Option with respect to the Transition Securitization Bonds of any Series, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent other than the Bond Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Transition Securitization Bonds shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Bond Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.
