Common use of Repayment for Holidays Used Clause in Contracts

Repayment for Holidays Used. Not Earned In the event an employee departs his or her employment with the Police Department for any reason and has scheduled and taken more holidays than have occurred pursuant to Section 16.1 at the time of such departure, said employee shall be liable for and repay the City for all wages received for such holidays taken but not occurring until after termination. At its option the City may withhold such repayment from the employee’s final paycheck.
