Repatriation of Remains. In the event of your death as a result of a covered accident or unexpected sickness:
Repatriation of Remains. This Section 7. shall only apply to events that occur outside of Hong Kong during the Policy Period. If an Insured Person dies during the Policy Period as a result of an Injury sustained or Sickness commenced whilst the Insured Person is outside of Hong Kong during the Policy Period, the Company or its authorized representative shall make the necessary arrangements for the return of the Insured Person's remains to Hong Kong. The Company shall pay directly the actual and authorized costs incurred for such repatriation. In addition, the Company shall reimburse the reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred, subject to its prior agreement, at the place of death outside Hong Kong for service rendered by a mortician or undertaker, including the cost of a casket, the embalming and cremation if so selected. The Insured Person or a person on his/her behalf must contact Travel Guard Assistance Hotline at (000) 0000 0000 for the arrangement. Exclusions applicable to Section 6 - Emergency Medical Evacuation and Section 7 - Repatriation of Remains No benefits shall be provided:

In addition, the Company shall reimburse for expenses actually incurred at the place of death outside Macau territories for service rendered by a mortician or undertaker, including the cost of a casket, the embalming and cremation if so selected. Repatriation of Remains. The Company will pay benefits up to the amount stated in the Table of Benefits as shown for covered expenses reasonably incurred to return the Insured Person’s body to his Country of Origin if he dies. Covered expenses include, but are not limited to, expenses for: (a) embalming; (b) cremation; (c) coffins; and (d) transportation.
Repatriation of Remains. We will indemnify the Reasonable and Customary Charges incurred up to the limit of Euro 6,000 within the Sum Insured specified under Medical Care Section for repatriating the mortal remains of the Insured to India during the Period of Insurance or for the Insured’s burial in the place of death following the Insured’s death due to an Injury or Illness suffered during the Period of Insurance provided that Our Service Provider authorizes the repatriation/burial in writing in advance and arranges the conveyance for repatriation (if applicable).
Repatriation of Remains. In the event of a Member’s death while traveling, Company will coordinate and provide for the preparation and transportation of the Member’s remains to his or her place of residence or to the place of burial.

In the event of death of the Caregiver during the term of this agreement, the cost of repatriation of his remains and the transport of his personal belongings shall be the primary responsibility of the Employer and/or the Philippine recruitment agency. In case the repatriation of remains is not possible, the remains may be disposed of upon the approval of the Caregiver's nearest kin or by the Philippine Embassy
Repatriation of Remains. In the event of the Insured’s death abroad, the Insurer will arrange for the repatriation of their remains to Hungary and will cover the expenses of such repatriation including those of a coffin that may be necessary during the process, up to the limit specified in the table of benefits. In order to arrange for the repatriation of remains, a relative of the Insured must submit the following documents to the Insurer within the shortest possible time: – birth certificate, – death certificate, – declaration of acceptance from the cemetery. – The Insurer may only carry out repatriation if the following documents have been issued by the foreign authorities and have been made available to the Insurer: – document certifying the fact of death, – official or medical certificate in evidence of the cause of death, – in the event of an accident, official records to clarify the circumstances of death. Cover shall not be available for the expenses of repatriation arranged without the Insurer’s consent.
