Repairs. All repairs The Seller shall cause, at the Seller’s sole cost and treatments will expense, the repair actions set forth on Schedule 6.11(d) of the Seller Disclosure Letter to be fully completed by at or prior to the Closing (collectively, the “Repairs”).
