Repairs and Damages. Residents may approach our staff at respective management office for any maintenance feedbacks pertaining to the facilities of the accommodation, during office hours. Residents are encouraged to log a feedback through xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/ using your existing NUSNETID and password, and we will contact you within 3 working days depending on nature of work requests. Residents will be able to check the status of their maintenance request through the same student portal. For maintenance request that require urgent attention (e.g. black out, pipe burst, lift breakdown) during non-office hours, do call through the 24 hours maintenance hotline, 6516- 5431. Do note that residents are responsible for all damages and losses to furniture, fixtures and furnishings, including doors and windows in the apartment / common areas. Should repairs be the result of damage, breakage, or vandalism, all residents residing in the apartment at the point of report will be held collectively accountable, unless the individual resident(s) responsible is (are) found.

Repairs and Damages. By entry hereunder Lessee accepts the premises as being in good, sanitary order, condition and repair. Lessee hereby waives all rights to make repairs at the expense of Lessor as provided by any law, statute or ordinance now or hereafter in effect. Lessee shall, upon the expiration or sooner termination of the term hereof, surrender the premises to Lessor in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear and damage by fire, earthquake, act of God or the elements excepted. It is specifically understood and agreed that Lessor has no obligation and has made no promises to any part thereof and that no representations respecting the condition of the premises or the building of which the premises are a part have been made by Lessor to Lessee except as specifically herein set forth.
Repairs and Damages. RENTER shall be responsible for damages or any breach of this agreement caused by his negligence or that of his family or invitees and guests. OWNER is not responsible for compensation of any part of rent, due to failure of fixtures, appliances, or utilities resulting in short term inconveniences. We do not anticipate any such occurrences as most of the appliances are new. All repairs will be attended to as soon as reasonably possible.
Repairs and Damages. Landlord shall repair major structural and mechanical conditions and damages caused by the elements and/or circumstances beyond Tenant's control. All other damages or repairs shall be the responsibility of Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal property of Tenant unless caused by the act or neglect of Landlord as pursuant to paragraph 10 above.  The tenant understands that they are responsible for any damage done inside or on the grounds of the unit by their children, friends, etc. who may be visiting. This will also be considered tenant negligence. In the event that the damage is caused by tenant negligence and repairs must be made right away, the tenant will be expected to cover the cost right away. If the tenant does not cover the cost right away, the amount will be added to their monthly rent and due when the monthly rent is due. Any non-payment of such rent will constitute a breach in violation of the lease agreement. Children must be supervised at all times so as not to interfere with the enjoyment of residency by other tenants and neighbors.

Repairs and Damages. Resident will notify Management of any damage to, or problems with the plumbing, fixtures, appliances, heating equipment or any other part of the apartment or related facilities. Resident will cooperate with Management in fixing repairs including any repairs required by preventative and routine maintenance of Resident’s apartment or the community, including moving Resident’s personal belongings out of the way when Management workers come to do work in Resident’s apartment. Resident shall pay reasonable charges for the repair of damages other than normal “wear and tear” to the apartment, community buildings, facilities or common areas caused by the Resident, his or her household, visitors or guests, and to do so within thirty (30) days after the receipt of Management’s itemized statement of the repair charges. The Maintenance Charge Schedule is posted in the Management Office and Resident agrees that Management may use that Schedule in calculating the amount due for the damages. If an item is not listed on the Schedule, Resident shall be charged, and Resident agrees to pay the actual cost Management incurred;
