Repair of the Building. Except as specified hereinabove, unless Landlord terminates this Lease as permitted hereinabove, Landlord shall repair the Building, parking structure or other supporting structures and facilities within two hundred and seventy (270) days after Landlord becomes aware of such damage and/or destruction.
