Repair Calls. CLEC and Embarq will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls:
Repair Calls. In the event an AT&T Customer calls GTE with a request for repairs, GTE shall provide the AT&T Customer with AT&T's repair 800-telephone number. AT&T agrees to provide GTE with AT&T’s repair 800-telephone numbers. In the event a GTE Customer calls AT&T with a request for repairs, AT&T shall provide the GTE Customer with GTE's repair 800-telephone number. GTE agrees to provide AT&T with GTE's repair 800-telephone number.
Repair Calls. Tenants agree to notify the Landlord immediately upon discovering any damage or needed repair to the Premises. Calls should be placed to 523-7263. Tenants shall pay for all necessary repairs to the Premises caused by Tenants’, or by their guests’ or invitees’, negligence, carelessness, or intentional acts. (An examples of such an act is, but is not limited to, clogging of a toilet with too much toilet paper, tampon, etc.)

Repair Calls. Either Party shall refer repair calls (e.g., 611) dialed by the other Party's end-user customer to the 800/888 number supplied by the other Party for the other Party's repair center.
Repair Calls. Either Party shall refer repair calls dialed by the other Party’s end-user customer to the repair number supplied by the appropriate Party. When technically feasible at CLEC’s option NEVADA shall provide the ability to route 611 repair calls directly to CLEC’s repair services platform.
Repair Calls. In the case of problems or emergency repair call 000-0000 or 000- 0000 or 000-0000. An emergency is defined as one in which either Tenant or property will suffer loss if the situation goes uncorrected until the following day. If there are minor water leaks, please call before they become major, otherwise any damages resulting will be tenants responsibility.

Landlord shall give Tenants reasonable advance notice of intent to enter except in the case of emergency. A request for repairs from Tenants shall be deemed a waiver of the required notice.
Repair Calls. In case of problems or emergency repairs please call Xxxx, Monday thru Saturday or 24 HRS EMERGENCY. Should the damage be deemed the responsibility of the lessee or their guests, the lessee will be charged for the repairs plus a $60 administrative fee per occurrence. The charges will be paid from security deposits or an invoice will be presented for the repair/s. Tenant shall report any damage to the property to the landlord immediately after discovering the damage to prevent further damage to the property.
