Repair and Service. Maintenance Agreement will be activated only after an inspection of the entire system has been performed, all preexisting problems repaired, and fire alarm system is functioning fully and completely. Maintenance Agreement covers 10% replacement of initiating and indicating devices currently installed on the fire alarm system, on an annual basis, and 100% of normal labor associated with repairs, replacement, troubles and problems. Maintenance Agreement excludes all after hours labor, equipment replacement of fire alarm panels, sub panels, transponders, power boosters, remote annunciators, and all other non-peripheral type equipment, unless otherwise stated in this agreement. Additional equipment required due to occupancy changes, structural changes and revisions in codes is expressly excluded.

Repair and Service. When repair and service of computer equipment, which is used to store the Controller’s personal data, is carried out by someone other than the Processor, a contract which regulates security and confidentiality issues shall be entered into with the service company. During service visits the service shall be carried out under the Processor’s supervision. If this is not possible then any storage media containing personal data shall be removed. Service via remote-controlled data communication may only take place after secure electronic identification of the person who is carrying out the service. Service personnel shall only be granted access to the system in conjunction with service measures. If there is a separate communication entrance for service, this shall be closed when service is not being performed.

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
