Common use of Reopeners Clause in Contracts

Reopeners. This Agreement shall be reopened twice during its term for the purpose of renegotiation for the school year 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. During the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years, only Articles Six, Seven, and Appendix A-1, plus two (2) additional articles, each at the individual option of the respective parties, shall be reopened.

Reopeners. This Agreement shall be reopened twice during its term for the purpose of renegotiation renegotiating for the school year 2020years 2023-2021 2024 and 20212024-20222025. During the 20202023-2021 2024 and 20212024-2022 2025 school years, only Articles Six, Seven, and Appendix A-1, plus two three (23) additional articles, each at the individual option of the respective parties, shall be reopened.

During the 20202023-2021 2024 and 20212024-2022 2025 school years, only Articles Six, Seven, and Appendix A-1, A-2, A-4, and A-5, plus two (2) additional articles, each at the individual option of the respective parties, shall be reopened.

Reopeners. This Agreement shall be reopened twice once during its term for the purpose of renegotiation for the school year 20202017-2021 and 2021-2022. During the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years, 2018; only Articles Six, Seven, and Appendix A-1, plus two (2) additional articles, each at the individual option of the respective parties, shall be reopened.

Reopeners. This Agreement shall be reopened twice once during its term for the purpose of renegotiation renegotiating for the school year 20202024-2021 and 2021-20222025. During the 20202024-2021 and 2021-2022 2025 school yearsyear, only Articles Six, Seven, Seven (except compensation and Appendix A-1the District’s contribution for health and welfare benefits), plus two (2) additional articles, each at the individual option of the respective parties, shall be reopened.
