Common use of Reopeners Clause in Contracts

Reopeners. a. Regarding health care benefits during the term of this contract, if any State or Federal legislation is enacted which provides any changes in the benefits available to members of the bargaining unit or to the employer under this contract negotiations will be reopened on all provisions related to such benefits except for the percentage of premium paid by the Board and the employees.
