Common use of Reopener Clause in Contracts

Reopener. This Agreement, during the term of the Agreement, may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified, only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the District and the Association. Such alterations, changes, additions, deletions, and/or modifications shall be then subject to ratification and execution in the same manner as this Agreement, at the request of either party.
