If the deposit does not cover all damage and/or cleaning expenses required to be paid by Caernarvon Township, the Renter will be held liable for any additional costs incurred. Renters. 6.4.1 You agree to pay Stozy the Total Fees for any Booking requested in connection with your Stozy Account if the Xxxxxx confirms such requested Bookings. In order to establish a Booking pending the Storer’s confirmation of your requested Booking, you understand and agree that Stozy, on behalf of the Xxxxxx, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) obtain a pre-authorization via your credit card for the Total Fees or (ii) charge your credit card a nominal amount, not to exceed one Singapore dollar ($1), to verify your credit card. Once Stozy receives confirmation of your Booking from the applicable Xxxxxx, Stozy will collect the Total Fees in accordance with these Terms and the pricing terms set forth in the applicable Listing. You also authorize Stozy to collect additional fees in the event of damage to the Storer’s property or Space or your default as contemplated under “Damage to Xxxxxx’x Property or Space” and “Renter Default” below, if applicable. Please note that Stozy cannot control any fees that may be charged to a Renter by its bank related to Stozy’s collection of the Total Fees and Stozy disclaims all liability in this regard.

RESPONSIBILITY – LOSSES NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE The renter will be held responsible for any damage due to negligence in the operation and/or regular maintenance of the vehicle. ● Checking tire pressure, lug nuts (wheel nuts), engine oil, fluids and coolant levels at each refueling. ● Damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. ● Damage caused to the engine due to failure to use specified fuel. ● Damage or repairs due to travel on restricted areas. ● Damage due to failure to maintain fluid levels. ● Tires and wheels damaged by hitting road hazards or objects on the road. ● Damage caused by the freezing of vehicle’s systems. ● Deliberate or willful damage by any member of the group or any guest. ● Damage occurring while the vehicle is operated by anyone under 25 years or over 75 years or not licensed. ● Damage or injury while the vehicle has more passengers than seat belts. ● Damage or injury to the occupants of the vehicle, under no circumstances, are covered by the insurance. ● Damage or injury while the vehicle is used for the transportation of contraband of for illegal trade. ● Renter always pays all costs for losses not covered by insurance such as towing and flat tire. ● Renter is responsible for the installation and use of the necessary child seats or booster seats as described by BC law. Lap seat belts are installed in all units. Tethers can be installed so that the back of the car seat can be attached to. RV Rentals Kelowna does not supply nor install car seats or booster seats NOTES Any extension of the rental date must have prior approval of RVR Kelowna. Failure to comply may result in the unit being reported to the authorities as stolen. The renter hereby acknowledges having read the terms and conditions set forth on the attached document and hereby accepts delivery of the above described vehicle and equipment. To receive full refund of damage deposit, the Renter must return the vehicle full of gas, full of propane, sewage tanks empty and rinsed, vehicle cleaned and undamaged on the inside and outside to RVR Kelowna’s satisfaction. Renter will pay for all fuel used. No refunds for early returns.
