Said insurance shall provide that in the event the Lease is terminated by reason of an insured uninsured loss, the period of indemnity for such coverage shall be extended beyond the date of the completion of repairs or replacement of the Premises, to provide for one full year's ’s loss of rental revenues from the date of any such loss.
