Rental Times. All preparation (set-up time) for your event must be included in your rental time and must take place immediately prior to your event. Preparation time is defined as any time needed for decoration, delivery of supplies, cake set-up or food delivery. This must be scheduled and paid for at least 30-days prior to your event. The facility will not be available at any time prior to the start of your event as stated on your agreement form.

Rental Times. Client is granted use of the Property as per each individual production shoot schedule (“Shoot Schedule”) agreed on and approved by SAF and Client in advance. Client will inform SAF of call-times at least 24 hours in advance. The rental period (“Rental Day”) begins when the first cast/crew person enters the location or at the scheduled time, whichever is earlier, and ends when the last cast/crew person has left the Property. On the final day of the Shoot Schedule, the end time will also include when the last of Client’s equipment or property has left the Property.
Rental Times. Use of the Facility shall terminate no later than the time and date stated in the Rental Agreement, and the facilities shall be vacated by all persons at or before such time and date. Any time for user to set-up, tear down and remove equipment provided must be budgeted as part of the rental contract. A fee of $35 per half-hour will be charged for facility use beyond the agreed upon time frame. For use beyond agreed upon time past 10 p.m., $100 per half-hour will be charged. Fees will be deducted from security deposit if use extends beyond agreed upon time.
