Rental of Unit. Owner hereby rents to Tenant the storage unit described above; term of occupancy to commence on the lease date above and shall expire either (a) on expiration date sent forth above; or (b) if a month-to-month term, at the end of the month specified by Tenant in written notice of cancellation by either party to the other. Such notice shall be at least thirty (30) days in advance of the cancellation date.

Rental of Unit. You hereby rent the Unit beginning on the Start Date from Storage Solutions pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Rental of Unit. AGENT shall place the UNIT into Agent’s rental program and use best efforts to rent the UNIT on a transient occupancy basis as provided for in this AGREEMENT. AGENT will not rent the Unit/Units for less than 20% of market value unless given prior approval from LESSEE. AGENT manages daily rates based on the marketplace for comparable unit types and maintains rates to be offered at no less than 20% of the rack rate (BAR) offered by comparable third-party agent. AGENT will bear the cost of reservation affiliation fees, credit card commissions, commissions owed to travel agents, tour brokers, or other persons or companies in accordance with normal business practice in the trade;
Rental of Unit. Manager shall advertise for and attempt to secure potential Occupants of the Unit. If Manager is managing more than one unit in the Condominium under agreements similar to this Agreement at any time (each Owner, including the Owner who has entered such an agreement is referred to as a “Contracting Owner”), Manager shall not discriminate among such Contracting Owners on the basis of sex, race, color, sexual orientation, handicap, religion, national origin, marital status, source of income, age or ancestry with regard to arranging for the rental of Units. Similarly, Manager shall not discriminate among prospective Occupants of the Unit on any such basis. In carrying out these duties, Manager shall honor the special requests of Owner with regard to the rental of the Unit (for example, not to rent to smokers or to not allow pets in the Unit). Manager shall also honor the requests of any Owner not to permit the use of the Unit on certain dates on which the Owner wishes to occupy the Unit (which may be referred to as an “Owner Occupancy”), provided that Manager has not rented the Unit for the dates requested prior to receipt of notice of such request. In addition, the terms and conditions of the Owner Occupancy shall be further governed by the restrictions set forth in Section 6(b) of this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, for each Housekeeping Service rendered by Manager in connection with Owner’s use of the Unit, Owner shall pay Manager the customary charge for such Housekeeping Service as set forth on the table of charges as supplied periodically by Manager to Owner. Notwithstanding the above, during the period of Owner Occupancy, the Owner shall pay for the use of any personal charges made at the property operated by the Manager on the same basis as all other users of such property. In order to avoid an additional cleaning charge during Owner Occupancy, Owner must leave the Unit reasonably clean at the conclusion of the period of Owner Occupancy.

Rental of Unit. 5.1 An Owner may not, except with prior written approval of HomesFund and subject to HomesFund’s conditions of approval, rent the Unit. If HomesFund grants approval of a rental request, no lease shall have a rental term in excess of twelve (12) months. A signed copy of the lease must be provided to HomesFund prior to occupancy by any tenant.

Rental of Unit. Owner rents the storage unit space (the “Unit”) identified above to the Occupant for the term set forth above, and Occupant shall pay monthly rental in the amount set forth above, payable in advance on the first of each month unless otherwise indicated hereon.

The lease tern shall begin as of the date of the Agreement and shall expire in the event this is a month-to-month lease, at the end of such month that Occupant has given Owner written notice of the fact that Occupant intends to leave the premises. Rental of Unit. Upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, upon the Commencement Date specified above and on a month-to-month basis thereafter until terminated, Owner hereby leases and lets to Occupant the above-described Unit, and Occupant agrees to rent same from Owner. The minimum rental period under this Agreement is one month. There shall be no proration of rents for partial months. Occupant shall not assign this Agreement or sublet the Unit, whether in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of Owner. Lock: Occupant shall ensure that the Unit is locked at all times. Occupant shall provide a copy of the key to Owner and shall not double-lock the Unit. Occupant is responsible for all persons who have keys and access to the Unit. If Owner detects that the Unit is unlocked, Owner shall have the right (but not the obligation) to lock the Unit on Occupant’s behalf.
