Rental License. Owner is responsible for obtaining and timely renewing a rental facility license from any municipality requiring a rental license. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Agent harmless from any liability for damages or loss arising out of Owner's failure to maintain any required rental facility licenses. Owner will provide Agent with verification of the current rental facility license at time of execution of this Agreement or as soon as the license is obtained, whichever first occurs. Rental License. The Developer shall obtain a rental license from the City for the Project prior to occupancy. The Developer shall renew and maintain its rental license for the Project with the City each year in accordance with the City Code and City ordinances, and City requirements and procedures.
Rental License. This Agreement applies to rental copies of the SaaS Product (“Rental Product”), except for the following different or additional terms: The License Term for Rental Product varies and are defined in the rental contract, which Xxxx Scale may extend, upon written consent. The rental period shall commence on the date that Xxxx Scale first provides Customer access to the SaaS product to access.

Rental License. If a rental license is required to rent a home in the county/city where the home is located the Owner must present to the Property Manager a current and valid license to rent the property prior to entering this agreement. The Property Manager is not responsible for the upkeep or renewal of such a license, and any fines, penalties, or fees incurred by the Owner if they do not keep such a license valid during the terms of this agreement are entirely the responsibility of the Owner. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Agent harmless from any liability for damages or loss arising out of Owner's failure to maintain any required rental facility licenses. Owner will provide Agent with a copy of the current rental facility license at time of execution of this Agreement or as soon as the license is obtained, whichever first occurs. Owner acknowledges, pursuant to Prince Xxxxxx’s County Code Sec. 13‐186 and 13‐189, failure to apply for, obtain and/or renew a required County Single Family Rental License may result in a $1,000 per month, or any portion thereof, penalty. Rental License. In order to comply with City of Boulder ordinances, copies of the Boulder Xxxxxxx Rental License will be laminated and attached on the inside of an upper kitchen cabinet door. Emergency contact information will also be displayed at same location. Rental License renewals are required every four (4) years for each home. Home Inspections In order to maintain quality housing, inspections of the home will need to be conducted. It is recommended these be done on a semi-annual basis. Community Manager will schedule with the Tenant a time to conduct this inspection. Home Inspection (cont’d.) A copy of the Inspection Condition Report Manufactured Home Rentals should be used to accurately determine status of the home condition. In the event a condition exists that requires immediate attention, the Community Manager shall determine the corrective action to be taken and insure completion. Copy of the Inspection Condition Report Manufactured Home Rentals is to be kept in Tenant file. Conditions resulting from Tenant negligence requiring repair should be corrected as soon as possible. A copy of the repair invoice shall be given to Tenant and entered into the Yardi system for collection. Expenses arising from repairs and or scheduled maintenance will be booked to GL #4095 - R&M Leased Homes.

If the software was bundled by Compusystem with a hardware device and offered together as a system, you may rent the system to others for a temporary, defined period provided that: (a) you ensure that each renter complies with this agreement; (b) you remain responsible for all of your obligations under this agreement; (c) you notify Compusystem, on request, of the location of all rented systems; and (d) you indemnify, defend, and hold Compusystem harmless from and against any claims or liabilities arising from your rental of Compusystem systems.
