Rental Equipment. 7.12.1 Rental equipment (rental charges for machinery, equipment, and hand tools not customarily owned by construction workers that are provided by the CM@Risk at the site, whether rented from the CM@Risk or others, and costs of transportation, installation, minor repairs and replacements, dismantling and removal thereof). Rates, quantities of equipment rented, and duration of use shall be subject to the Owner’s prior approval.
