RENTAL DOCUMENTS. The Company shall clearly state the vehicle class in a comprehendible method for the traveler (i.e. economy, compact, full, etc.), all optional equipment, traveler upgrades, prepaid fuel, all federal, state, and local Government fees, surcharges, and taxes that are applied to all rentals at each location, and the GARS charge on the rental contract and the traveler’s receipt. The Company is required to substantiate the charges and taxes upon request of the renter or the DTMO.

In addition, RENTER certifies that he/she are in good health, has no physical defects that may be of danger to himself or herself or anyone else, and that he/she is capable of safe operation of this snowmobile. RENTAL DOCUMENTS. Rental applications and agreements shall be used for all boat owners renting slip space and dry boat storage stalls on the Premises. Operator shall confirm Marina tenants’ acknowledgement, understanding and completion of appropriate applications and agreements. Rental documents for the dry boat storage area shall be developed by Operator within forty-five (45) days of the Effective Date of the Agreement. All rental documents, and/or changes to the rental documents, shall be reviewed and approved in advance, and in writing, by the City.

All taxes and fees must be individually and clearly identified on the receipt. The Company must not combine fees and taxes into single sums. For companies that utilize electronic check-in, a comprehensive contract must be made available to a traveler that requests one. DTMO has the right to request adjustments to any initialed clauses that a traveler did not understand in the electronic version at check-in. Upon payment, Company locations will provide a receipt to a traveler that reflects the amount paid. The Company will provide a traveler with a copy of their receipt up to six months after the return of the rental vehicle at no cost to the traveler. The Company is required to substantiate the charges and taxes upon request of the traveler or the DTMO.
