All groups must use the University’s facilities contractor for event setup and cleanup. RENTAL AND DEPOSIT. 2.1 At the time reservation of the Park is confirmed the Rental Deposit and Trash Deposit must be paid to the Association. The Rental Deposit is 50% of the Daily Rental and the Trash Deposit is One Hundred Fifty ($150) Dollars. The Daily Rental is Two Hundred Dollars ($200) for Saturdays. For other days the rental for an event lasting 5 hours or less (including set up and tear down time) is Seventy-five Dollars ($75) and for a longer event is One Hundred Fifty ($150). Checks should be payable to Town Center Park Association acting as managing agent for the Association.
RENTAL AND DEPOSIT. The Merchant will pay the Bank the rental fee and deposit set out in item 2 of the Schedule 1 to this Agreement, such rental being payable monthly in advance with effect from the first day of the month following the date of the Equipment’s installation in the Merchant’s premises. The Merchant will be responsible for the cost of any electricity consumed by the Equipment and for any telephone line and relevant data line charges payable in connection with it.
RENTAL AND DEPOSIT. The “LESSOR” is not responsible for collection of rent from any “SUB-LESSEE.” It is the “LESSEEs” sole responsibility to collect all funds for monthly rent from all “SUB-LESSEEs.”
