Common use of Rent Roll Clause in Contracts

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, Collateral Property owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiariesa Subsidiary Guarantor, its occupancy, tenants, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent on or prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agenthereof.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, Unencumbered Property owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiariesa Subsidiary Guarantor, its occupancy, tenants, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent on or prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agenthereof.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, Subject Property owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiariesa Subsidiary Guarantor, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form as presented to Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable and updated by Borrower from time to the Agenttime.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each the Mortgaged Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Pool Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the AgentAgent provided that for single-tenant properties leased under triple net leases, the applicable lease shall constitute the rent roll for such Real Estate and no separate report shall be required.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Pool Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the AgentAgent provided that for single-tenant properties leased under triple net leases, the applicable lease shall constitute the rent roll for such Real Estate and no separate report shall be required.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower Borrower, or by a Manager at the direction of the Borrower, showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged PropertyBorrowing Base Asset, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information information, including, without limitation, identification of vacant units, in substantially the form presented to the Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agent. Representative. See §14.16.

A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estateeach unit its square footage, includingtenant, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancylease commencement date, lease expiration datesdate, market rent, lease rent rent, expense escalations paid, options and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent the Banks prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may have been approved by the Majority Banks, such approval not to be reasonably acceptable to the Agentunreasonably withheld.

Rent Roll. Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Parent Borrower showing for all each Eligible Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, Estate Asset owned or leased by the Borrower or its SubsidiariesTransaction Parties, its occupancy, tenants, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent on or prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agenthereof.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all any Credit Support Property or any Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Estate proposed to be included as a Credit Support Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information information, including, without limitation, identification of vacant units and market rents, in substantially the form presented to the Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged PropertyUnencumbered Pool Asset, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information information, including, without limitation, identification of vacant units, market rents and residents subsidized by Medicare and Medicaid, in substantially the form presented to the Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Borrowing Base Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiariesthe Subsidiary Guarantors, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information information, including, without limitation, identification of vacant units, market rents and residents subsidized by Medicare and Medicaid, in substantially the form presented to the Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agent; provided that for single-tenant properties leased under Triple Net Leases, the applicable lease shall constitute the rent roll for such Real Estate and no separate report shall be required.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all each Borrowing Base Property or other Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Propertyas applicable, owned or leased by the Borrower REIT or its Subsidiariesa Subsidiary, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent rent, early termination options, co-tenancy requirements and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Agent. Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing with respect to Real Estate utilized principally for all Real Estatemultifamily housing, includingfor each unit its type, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, its occupancyoccupancy status, lease expiration datesdate, market rent, lease rent and other information information, substantially in substantially the form presented to the Agent prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to have been approved by the Agent, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Revolving Credit Note Record. A Record with respect to any Revolving Credit Note.

Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for all Real Estate, including, without limitation, each Mortgaged Property, Borrowing Base Asset owned or leased by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, Borrower-SPE its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent the Lenders prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to have been approved by the Agent.
