Rent. Tenant shall pay Landlord the full monthly Rent set forth above during each month of the Lease Term as rental for the Residence and Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that Rent for each month, including any partial month during the first or final month of the Lease Term, shall be payable in full and without proration with respect to the number of days Tenant is in possession during such month, except as otherwise expressly set forth herein with regard to Landlord's delay in delivery of the Residence.
