RENOVATION SERVICES. 4.3.1. RENOVATION SOW. Altisource will act on behalf of Residential to manage the services described more particularly on the Renovation SOW, namely:

RENOVATION SERVICES. Xxxxx'x does not provide any renovation services and excludes all work dealing with existing or used equipment. The proposal is solely to provide and install, minus final connections, new equipment according to the specifications listed. Xxxxx'x will not remove or reinstall any existing equipment, nor will Xxxxx'x perform any demolition work in the kitchen area.

In addition, we can manage the grow-in process of the golf course to have it ready for play to meet the clubs operational objectives. Because we also own and manage golf courses, we understand the importance of being as invisible as possible during our work so as not to impact the normal operations and play on the golf course. At the end of the project we, like the client, don’t want any evidence of us ever being on the course except to notice the beautiful quality turf as a result of a newly installed and very efficient irrigation system. RENOVATION SERVICES. A. In accordance with the LLC Agreement, AH LLC under the supervision of the Property Manager shall cause the renovation or improvement work contemplated by the Annual Business Plan to be completed in a good and workmanlike manner (collectively, “Renovation”) at Owner’s cost.
RENOVATION SERVICES. From time to time, Owner may elect to renovate the Hotel to expand the existing Hotel facilities with additional rooms, larger lobby, or otherwise, provided the scope and timing of any such renovation shall be in Owner’s sole and absolute discretion. Subject to Owner’s prior written request and approval, Operator shall provide project management services to include setting a scope for design, materials and construction for any such renovation, requesting multiple bids and securing agreements with contractors, supervising the work of contractors and providing project accounting updates to Owner on a regular basis (the “Project Management Services”). In the event Owner elects to engage Operator for the Project Management Services, Operator shall provide the Project Management Services for a fee equal to five percent (5%) of the total cost of such renovations (the “Project Management Fee”), payable to Operator by Owner as and when such renovation costs are incurred. RENOVATION SERVICES. (a) The Renovation Services include the provision of design services and construction management services for the Scheduled Renovations.
