Common use of Renewal Term Clause in Contracts

Renewal Term. If not sooner terminated, this Agreement shall renew at the end of the Initial Term and shall thereafter continue for successive annual periods until terminated by either party upon not less than sixty (60) days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the then current renewal term or for cause pursuant to Section 15(c) hereof.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may terminate this Agreement upon not less than sixty (60) days’ ' written notice prior to the expiration of the then current renewal term or for cause pursuant to Section 15(c) hereof.

If not sooner terminated, this Agreement shall renew at the end of the Initial Term and shall thereafter continue for successive annual periods until terminated by either party upon not less than sixty (60) days’ advance written notice prior to the expiration of the then current renewal term or for cause pursuant to Section 15(c) hereof.”

After the Initial Term, this Agreement may be terminated by either party upon not less than sixty one hundred and eighty (60180) days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the then current renewal term or for cause pursuant to Section 15(c) hereof.

Renewal Term. If not sooner terminatedOn expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall renew automatically renews for additional successive twelve (12) month terms unless and until either Party provides a written Notice of nonrenewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current term, or unless and until earlier terminated as provided under this Agreement (each a “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term and shall thereafter continue for successive annual periods until Term, the “Term”). In the event either Party provides timely Notice of its intent not to renew this Agreement, then, unless earlier terminated by either party upon not less than sixty (60) days’ written notice prior to in accordance with its terms, this Agreement terminates on the expiration of the then then-current renewal term or for cause pursuant to Section 15(c) hereofTerm.

If not sooner terminated, this Agreement shall renew at the end as of the Initial Term date first written above, and shall thereafter continue for successive annual two-year periods until terminated by either party upon not less than sixty (60) days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the then current renewal term or for cause pursuant to Section 15(c19(c) hereof.

If not sooner terminatedUpon the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for additional successive twelve (12) month terms unless and until either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days before the end of the then-current term, or unless and until earlier terminated as provided under this Agreement or applicable law (each, a “Renewal Term,” together with the Initial Term, the “Term”).
