Renewal Process. Prior to making a recommendation to the Town Commission on whether to renew the Agreement, the Town Manager or designee will meet and confer with the CONTRACTOR regarding changes in terms and conditions that either the TOWN or the CONTRACTOR would like to see reflected in an amendment to the Agreement covering the next renewal period. The TOWN shall thereafter notify the CONTRACTOR of its decision to exercise a renewal option or allow the Agreement to terminate. Said notice shall be in writing and delivered not less than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days prior to the expiration date.
