Renewal Periods. Renewal of registered names may be made in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, renewal of registered names may not extend their registration period beyond ten (10) years from the time of the renewal.
Renewal Periods. Unless the Agreement is terminated or expires in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall automatically renew without further action for the duration of authorization assignment and active participation.

Renewal Periods. Upon the Department's election, in its sole discretion, to renew any part of this Contract, the Service Provider shall remain obligated to perform in strict accordance with this Contract unless otherwise agreed by the Department and the Service Provider. The Contract shall be renewed with the same terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Renewal Periods. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Article V, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive additional five (5) year periods after the Initial Term (each a “Renewal Period”), unless either Party delivers to the other a written notice of its intention not to renew this Agreement at least twelve (12) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Period, in which case this Agreement shall terminate at the expiration of that Initial Term or Renewal Period, as the case may be.
