Common use of Renewal or Replacement Clause in Contracts

Renewal or Replacement. At least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of the Letter of Credit, Borrower shall either (i) cause the Letter of Credit to be amended to extend its expiration date, (ii) furnish a replacement Letter of Credit or (iii) provide cash to Xxxxxx Xxx in the amount of tax escrow deposits which would have been required at the time if Borrower had not elected to furnish the Letter of Credit.
