Renewal or Replacement. At least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of the Letter of Credit, Borrower shall either (i) cause the Letter of Credit to be amended to extend its expiration date, (ii) furnish a replacement Letter of Credit or (iii) provide cash to Xxxxxx Xxx in the amount of tax escrow deposits which would have been required at the time if Borrower had not elected to furnish the Letter of Credit.
Renewal or Replacement. (a) The renewal and replacement of my Card shall be at UAF’s sole and absolute discretion. If my Card is not renewed and/or replaced by UAF, the whole Statement Balance becomes due and payable immediately without any demand or notice from UAF.

Until such time as the insurance is no longer required to be maintained by the School, the School shall provide the District with evidence of the renewal or replacement of the insurance no less than thirty (30) days before the expiration or termination of the required insurance for which evidence was provided.

At least 30 days prior to the expiration date of the Letter of Credit, the Owners shall either (i) cause the Letter of Credit to be amended to extend its expiration date, or (ii) furnish a replacement Letter of Credit. In either case, the amended Letter of Credit or the replacement Letter of Credit must (A) be in compliance with the requirements for letters of credit under the DUS Guide, and be from an Issuer which meets the Lender's requirements for ratings of issuers of acceptable letters of credit as set forth in the DUS Guide, (B) have a term not less than one (1) year (unless a shorter term is approved in writing by the Lender), and (C) be in the amount of the outstanding Letter of Credit, amended to the extent required pursuant to paragraph (d)(4) above. The foregoing shall not affect the requirement that, notwithstanding the expiration date of the Letter of Credit, it will not expire until the Issuer has given the Lender at least 30 days' advance written notice.
Renewal or Replacement. The renewal and replacement of my Card shall be at PrimeCredit’s discretion. If my Card is not renewed and/or replaced by PrimeCredit, the whole Statement Balance becomes due and payable immediately without any demand or notice from PrimeCredit. The renewed Card shall be issued before the expiry date and I agree to promptly inform PrimeCredit in the event that I have not received the renewed Card after the relevant expiry date.
Renewal or Replacement. (a) The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with a renewal or replacement letter of credit at least sixty (60) days before the date on which any letter of credit expires and shall immediately after any drawing by the Landlord on a letter of credit, deposit an additional letter of credit with the Landlord in the amount paid by the issuer of the letter of credit to the Landlord failing which, in either case, the Landlord may draw the full amount of the letter of credit and hold the funds as a cash security deposit pursuant to this Article 8.

In either case, the amended Additional Collateral Letter of Credit or the replacement Additional Collateral Letter of Credit must (x) be in compliance with the requirements for letters of credit under the DUS Guide, and be from an Issuer which meets the Lender's requirements for ratings of issuers of acceptable letters of credit as set forth in the DUS Guide, (y) have a term of 364 days or more (unless a shorter term is approved in writing by the Lender), and (z) be in an amount sufficient to cause the Borrower to be in compliance with the requirements set forth in this Agreement.

At least 30 days prior to the expiration date of the Impounds Letter of Credit, the Borrower shall either (A) cause the Impounds Letter of Credit to be amended to extend its expiration date, or (B) furnish a replacement Impounds Letter of Credit. In either case, the amended Impounds Letter of Credit or the replacement Impounds Letter of Credit must (x) be in compliance with the requirements for letters of credit under the DUS Guide, and be from an Issuer which meets the Lender's requirements for ratings of issuers of acceptable letters of credit as set forth in the DUS Guide, (y) have a term of 364 days or more (unless a shorter term is approved in writing by the Lender), and (z) be in the amount of the outstanding Impounds Letter of Credit, amended to the extent required pursuant to Section 22.1(d)(iv) above.

At least 30 days prior to the expiration date of the Cap Letter of Credit, the Borrower shall either (A) cause the Cap Letter of Credit to be amended to extend its expiration date, or (B) furnish a replacement Cap Letter of Credit. In either case, the amended Cap Letter of Credit or the replacement Cap Letter of Credit must (x) be in compliance with the requirements for letters of credit under the DUS Guide, and be from an Issuer which meets the Lender's requirements for ratings of issuers of acceptable letters of credit as set forth in the DUS Guide, (y) have a term of 364 days or more (unless a shorter term is approved in writing by the Lender), and (z) be in the amount of the outstanding Cap Letter of Credit, amended to the extent required pursuant to Section 23.6(f)(iv) above.
Renewal or Replacement. Any certificates evidencing the renewal ---------------------- or replacement of any insurance policy required herein shall be delivered by the Borrower to the Bank within 30 days prior to the expiration of such policy.
