Renewal of License. 4.1 The Licensor may renew, if deemed expedient, the period of License by 10 years at one time, upon request of the Licensee, if made during the 19th year of the license period, on the terms specified by the Licensor, subject to extant policy. The decision of the Licensor shall be final and binding in this regard.
Renewal of License. To be eligible for reimbursement for a license renewal, the license expiration date must be within the academic year in which reimbursement is sought.

Upon expiration of the Initial Term and each Renewal Term, all licenses granted under this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional 12-month Renewal Term and FusionCharts will invoice Customer at the then-current subscription-based list price for such additional License Term unless FusionCharts or its authorized representatives are notified by Customer in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or then-current Renewal Term, as applicable, that Customer will not renew the licenses granted hereunder for another Renewal Term.

The Issuing Authority and the Licensee agree that any proceedings undertaken by the Town that relate to the renewal of this License shall be governed by and comply with the provisions of Section 626 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 546, and M.G.L. Chapter 166A. The Town shall notify the Licensee of any ascertainment proceedings conducted pursuant to Section 626 of the Communications Act, and shall provide the Licensee with a copy of the record of such proceeding.

Proof of this may be required by the Commission. Licensee agrees to provide such proof if requested by either the Commission or Broker. Regardless of such proof, Licensee shall be responsible for monitoring the renewal of Licensee's licenses and, between Broker and Licensee, Broker shall bear no responsibility for Licensee's failure to meet these requirements. Should Licensee fail to take and pass the necessary continuing education classes, Licensee understands that Licensee shall no longer be allowed to practice real estate in the State of Colorado and must cease and desist immediately. Licensee shall immediately inform Broker if Licensee becomes aware of a transfer or renewal deficiency. Brokerage Firm is not responsible to provide courses that are approved for continuing education credit.

If both the City and the Licensee wish to extend the Term of this License, then, before the expiration of the Term, the City and the Licensee shall enter into good faith negotiations, the object of which will be to agree upon the terms of a renewal of this License. The agreement of the City shall not be withheld unreasonably. If an agreement is reached, all terms, including the agreed-upon consideration shall be reduced to a writing signed by both parties.

Renewal of License. 1.8.1 Every contractor shall apply to the licensing officer for renewal of the license.
Renewal of License. A teacher must have their license renewal submitted to the appropriate State agency by the last business day in July. Failure to submit by that date may result in up to a one school year suspension without pay. This does not constitute a break in employment.
