Renewal of Contract. If a Board representative does not inform the Superintendent in writing on or before the seventh day after the regular December board meeting of the Board’s intention to consider the nonrenewal or amendment of this contract, the contract will automatically renew for a period of one year from and after the expiration date provided in Section 1 of this contract. The Superintendent shall remind the Board in writing of this provision no later than its regular November meeting of each year of this contract and shall make the renewal of his employment contract an agenda item for the regular December board meeting during each year of this contract. At the time of each contract renewal and/or amendment, the Superintendent shall be responsible for taking all necessary steps to insure that the district has complied with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act.
Renewal of Contract. 5.1. We will write to you in good time before your renewal date, offering your terms or in situations where we are not inviting renewal we will tell you. Renewal of the contract is based on the information you supplied when we arranged your current contract along with any amendments you have made during the period of cover. It is important that you tell us about any changes to your requirements.
Renewal of Contract. This contract may be renewed by the DMHMRSAS upon written agreement of all parties for four (4) successive one year periods, under the terms of the current contract, and at a reasonable time (approximately 90 days) prior to the expiration.

The contract may be renewed at the discretion of MDRS upon written notice to Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to each contract anniversary date for a period of four (4) successive one-year periods under the same prices, terms, and conditions as in the original contract and/or subsequent contracts. The total number of renewal years permitted shall not exceed three (3), or extend past June 30, 2020.
Renewal of Contract. This agreement may be renewed annually by the parties with such changes or amendments as the parties may agree on before January 31st of each year. Such renewal shall be reduced to writing and executed by the parties hereto, pursuant to approval by the Board and to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 79-824, et. seq. and other applicable laws.
Renewal of Contract. This contract shall be automatically renewed, unless a written notice to the contrary is given by either of the parties, according to the advance renewal notice, at least sixty (60) days before the expiration date of the Renewal Date.

Renewal of Contract. A. BY DISTRICT The District will notify all members on or before March 15th of the period covered by this agreement of its intent to offer a contract to the member. This notification shall not include extra duty assignments such as coaching.
Renewal of Contract. The contract can be considered for further renewal, after the expiry of one year/contract period, on same terms and conditions provided the Bank finds the services of the Contractor satisfactory and if Bank desires so. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
