Shipments (If Applicable) The Vendor shall ship ordered products within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order. If a product cannot be shipped within that time, the Vendor shall notify TIPS and the TIPS Member as to why the product has not shipped and shall provide an estimated shipping date, if applicable. TIPS or the TIPS Member may cancel the order if estimated shipping time is not acceptable. Invoices The Vendor or, if applicable, the vendor assigned dealer shall submit invoices, to the TIPS Member. Each invoice shall include the TIPS Member’s purchase order number.
