Renegotiations. A. The items of this agreement not requiring fiscal support shall become effective on July 1, 2019, following ratification by both SAAAAC and the Board. The items that require fiscal support shall become effective July 1, 2019, unless otherwise indicated if following budget enactment by the Xxxx Arundel County Council the Board raises no question concerning the adequacy of funds for their implementation.
