Remuneration of the Management Company. 14.1.1 The Management Company shall be entitled to be paid monthly in arrears, accrued remuneration duly verified by the trustee, a remuneration of an amount not exceeding three (3) percent per annum of the average daily Net Assets during the first five years of the scheme and two (2) percent per annum of the average daily Net Assets there after, or such other amount as may be specified by the Commission from time to time and provided that the remuneration so calculated shall not exceed the maximum remuneration allowed under Regulations.

Remuneration of the Management Company. 11.1.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of this Deed, the Management Company shall be entitled to a remuneration of an amount in accordance with the Regulations.
Remuneration of the Management Company. The remuneration shall begin to accrue from the close of the Initial Offering Period. In respect of any period other than an Annual Accounting Period, such remuneration shall be prorated on the basis of the actual number of days for which such remuneration has accrued in proportion to the total number of days in the Annual Accounting Period concerned. Current level Management Fee is disclosed in Annexure “B”. Any increase in the current level of Management Fee, provided it is with in the maximum limit prescribed in the Regulations shall be subject to giving a ninety (90) days prior notice to the unit holders and the unit holders shall be given an option to exit at the applicable NAV without charge of any exit load.

  • Labour Management (a) No employee or group of employees will undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the University without the proper authorization of the Union. Neither will the University meet with any employee or group of employees undertaking to represent the Union without the authorization of the Union. In representing an employee or group of employees, an elected or appointed representative of the Union will speak for the Union.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Pain Management Inpatient rehabilitation for Pain Management is excluded.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • Management (a) The General Partner shall conduct, direct and manage all activities of the Partnership. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all management powers over the business and affairs of the Partnership shall be exclusively vested in the General Partner, and no Limited Partner shall have any management power over the business and affairs of the Partnership. In addition to the powers now or hereafter granted a general partner of a limited partnership under applicable law or that are granted to the General Partner under any other provision of this Agreement, the General Partner, subject to Section 7.3, shall have full power and authority to do all things and on such terms as it determines to be necessary or appropriate to conduct the business of the Partnership, to exercise all powers set forth in Section 2.5 and to effectuate the purposes set forth in Section 2.4, including the following:

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
