Remuneration and Terms of Appointment. All appointments of officers are to be made on the terms and conditions and at the remuneration (whether by way of salary, fee, commission, participation in profits or otherwise) that the directors think fit and are subject to termination at the pleasure of the directors, and an officer may in addition to such remuneration be entitled to receive, after he or she ceases to hold such office or leaves the employment of the Company, a pension or gratuity.

  • Terms of Appointment Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby employs and appoints RPS to perform the services and functions described herein in connection with certain Retirement Plan and Retirement Accounts as agreed upon by the parties.
