Removals, Etc. Without at least 30 days' prior written notice to the Collateral Agent, no Restricted Company shall (i) maintain any of its books and records with respect to the Collateral at any office or maintain its principal place of business other than at the address for notices to the Borrower specified in Section 10.01 of the respective Loan Agreements or at one of the locations identified in Annex 3 or in transit from one of such locations to another or (ii) change its name, or the name under which it does business, from the name shown on the signature pages hereto.
