Common use of Removal of Personal Property by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Removal of Personal Property by Lessee. Lessee shall have the right to remove all of its personal property, trade fixtures, and office equipment, whether or not attached to the Premises, provided that such may be removed without serious damage to the Premises. All damage to the Premises caused by removal of such items shall be promptly restored or repaired by Lessee. M property not so removed as of the termination of this Lease shall be deemed abandoned by Lessee.
