REMOVAL OF MATERIALS IN FILE. 1. Any material entered into a teacher's file may be challenged as to the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of such material. If it is found to lack in any of the aforementioned, it shall be removed from the professional staff member's file. If the Superintendent refuses to remove such material, the member may attach a written rebuttal to such material challenged.
REMOVAL OF MATERIALS IN FILE. A. If a Unit Member disagrees with an item place in his or her personnel file, the Unit Member shall be permitted to write a rebuttal statement to be included in the personnel file.
