REMOVAL OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND SUPPLIES. At the termination of this Contract, before acceptance of the work by the Owner, the Contractor shall remove all of his equipment, tools and supplies from the property of the Owner. Should the Contractor fail to remove such equipment, tools and supplies, the Owner shall have the right to remove them at the expense of the Contractor.

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business. Employees are accountable for equipment and/or tools assigned to them and will maintain them in a clean and serviceable condition.

  • Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians.

  • Inspection of construction records The Authority shall have the right to inspect the records of the Contractor relating to the Works.
