Common use of Removal of Board Members Clause in Contracts

Removal of Board Members. Subject to the automatic removal procedures set forth in Section 5.2(c), a Board Member may only be removed by the consent of the Affiliated Member Group then entitled to designate such Board Member in accordance with Section 5.2(a).
