Removal from Recall List. 1. An employee who declines recall to a classification lower in the class series than the classification from which the employee was reduced or displaced shall thereafter only be entitled to recall to a classification higher than the classification declined, up to and including the classification from which the employee was reduced or displaced in the classification series.
