Removal Costs. NSW Trains will reimburse the costs of moving the Employee’s personal effects to the new location. Reimbursement will be subject to the presentation of three quotes. The Employee will be entitled to move their household furniture and effects and generally includes a household’s normal contents and outdoors such as play equipment, garden tools, portable Barbeque and small garden shed. The relevant Level 2 Manager or their nominee may approve the removal of certain additional items over and above normal removal entitlements, subject to the supply of all receipts.

Removal Costs. With respect to any portion of the Interconnection Facilities, and any other facilities already installed or constructed pursuant to this Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for, and shall promptly pay, all costs of, or associated with, the removal, relocation or other disposition or retirement of such materials, equipment, or facilities.

Removal Costs. 15.2.1. If, in accordance with Section 12.2, SCE decides to physically remove the SCE Interconnection Facilities, SCE shall render a bill to Riverside for the Removal Cost.
