Remote Sites. In connection with the license granted to Licensee by Licensor pursuant to this Agreement, Licensee shall have the right, at its sole expense, to transport one or more Simulators to locations other than the premises of the Entertainment Stores temporarily operated by Licensee (individually a "Remote Site" or collectively the "Remote Sites") for the purpose of making the Simulators available for use by the general public at sporting or other entertainment and promotional events; provided that the locations and times of operation for each Remote Site has been previously approved in writing by Licensor; and further provided that, in connection with each Remote Site, Licensee complies with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement applicable to the Entertainment Stores insofar as such terms and conditions could apply to the Simulators or the Remote Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in connection with the Remote Sites, except with respect to the fee charged by Licensee with respect to the use and operation of the Simulators by customers, Licensee shall not be permitted to sell at or around a Remote Site located at or in close proximity to any NASCAR-sanctioned race track facility, any merchandise or other products or services bearing, containing or displaying the NASCAR Marks, without Licensor's prior approval. Licensee shall be permitted to sell approved merchandise at locations other than NASCAR-sanctioned race track facilities, provided that Licensee has obtained any and all necessary permits, permissions, licenses, etc. necessary for this type of activity.

Passive Infrared Detectors shall be for indoor use Pro Passive or equivalent and outdoor use DG85 or equivalent. • The install codes shall be provided to the City’s Representative at the time of handover. • In the case where a dedicated telephone line or extension on a PABX or equivalent is available, the panel shall be set up to dial the control room alarm number. • If a radio is required at a site, the radio shall be a VHF QD alarm radio or Finmon modem or equivalent, compatible with the City’s dedicated alarm systems. The radio antenna shall be the folded dipole type and shall be installed in a secure place at least 2m away from panels, PIRs, electronic equipment, electrical distribution boards and any metal. The Finmon modem or equivalent extension antenna shall be at least a quarter wave antenna, and shall be installed in a secure place at least 2m away from panels, PIRs, electronic equipment, electrical distribution boards and any metal. • The contractor shall ensure there is adequate coverage at the point where the antenna is installed. • The 12VDC supply for the equipment shall be supplied directly from the standby battery using not less than 0.5mm2 two core Cabtyre cable. • Where radio coverage is poor or the radios reliability is questionable the panel shall be able to be connected to a Finmon modem or equivalent or Spread Spectrum device or an Ethernet or equivalent IEEE802.3 point on the Corporate Local Area Network. • The alarm panel shall be powered from 16VAC-50VA transformers. • Sealed backup batteries 12V-7AH shall be installed on all modules. • If the alarm panel is used to control access to certain doors, the door locks shall be connected to the alarm panel via external relays/relay modules powered from their own power supply with battery backup. Government has received notification is on file with the District Department of the Environment, Underground Storage Tank Branch, 00 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X., 00000, telephone (000) 000-0000. District’s knowledge for purposes of this Section shall mean and be limited to the actual knowledge of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Property Acquisition and Disposition Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, telephone no. (000) 000-0000. The foregoing is set forth pursuant to requirements contained in the UST Act and UST Regulations and does not constitute a representation or warranty by District.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
