Remote Diagnosis. Software AG Global Support may perform remote diagnosis to facilitate issue analysis. In such case, Software AG Global Support will access Customer’s environment via a Remote Online Diagnostic Tool for purposes of diagnosis and analysis only.   • Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services. See Autism Services when physical therapy and occupational therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.

  • Communicable Disease Bodily injury" or "property damage" which arises out of the transmission of a communi- cable disease by an "insured";

  • Patients The Dentist shall accept Covered Persons as patients as reasonably permitted by the Dentist's patient load and appointment calendar. The Dentist will provide Covered Dental Services to Covered Persons on the same basis as to the Dentist's other patients (for example: scheduling, quality of service, and fee charges).
