Remote Access Security. In order to enable code development, and Customer support and maintenance of the Software (if purchased by Customer pursuant to a separate support and maintenance agreement), Company requires remote access capability. Remote access is normally provided by installing PC- Anywhere, ControlIT, or other industry standard remote access software. It may also be provided through a Customer solution such as VPN access. Regardless of what method is used to provide remote access, or which party provides remote access software, it is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the remote access method meets Customer’s security requirements. Company makes no representations or warranties to Customer regarding the remote access software’s ability to meet Customer’s security or privacy needs. Company also makes no recommendation for any specific package or approach with regard to security. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring a secure network environment.

Remote access is normally provided by installing PC-Anywhere, ControlIT, or other industry standard remote access software. It may also be provided through a Licensee solution such as VPN access. Regardless of what method is used to provide remote access, or which party provides remote access software, it is Licensee’s responsibility to ensure that the remote access method meets Licensee’s security requirements. Selectron makes no representations or warranties to Licensee regarding the remote access software’s ability to meet Licensee’s security or privacy needs. Selectron also makes no recommendation for any specific package or approach with regard to security. Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring a secure network environment.
Remote Access Security. All access to our Information Assets must be in accordance with our policies regarding system, access, and cryptographic security requirements. All network traffic may be monitored by us at any time and without Notice. USERS accessing Information Assets and not using COMPANY-owned equipment must use reasonably secured endpoints with industry-standard security technologies and protections applied, provided, and managed by the Supplier of the Work. Remote access using individually assigned accounts is non-delegable by USER to anyone else. USERS are prohibited from using remote access technologies not provided or approved by COMPANY to expose, proxy, or remotely control active connections to our Information Assets.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Password Security You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all User IDs, Passwords, hints, personal identification numbers (PINs), or any other codes that you use to access the Account. Do not discuss, compare, or share information about your account number or password unless you are willing to give them full use of your money. Any loss or compromise of the foregoing information and/or your personal information may result in unauthorized access to your Account by third-parties and the loss or theft of any funds held in your Account and any associated accounts, including your Account. Checks and electronic withdrawals are processed by automated methods, and anyone who obtains your account number or access device could use it to withdraw money from your account, with or without your permission. You are responsible for keeping your email address and telephone number up to date in order to receive any notices or alerts that we may send you. We assume no responsibility for any loss that you may sustain due to compromise of your account login credentials due to no fault of ours and/or your failure to follow or act on any notices or alerts that we may send to you. If you believe your Account information has been compromised, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, contact us immediately, through Synapse, at xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx or call at +0(000) 000-0000. You agree to promptly review all Account and transaction records and other Communications that we make available to you and to promptly report any discrepancy to us.

  • Data Security The Provider agrees to utilize administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, acquisition, destruction, use, or modification. The Provider shall adhere to any applicable law relating to data security. The provider shall implement an adequate Cybersecurity Framework based on one of the nationally recognized standards set forth set forth in Exhibit “F”. Exclusions, variations, or exemptions to the identified Cybersecurity Framework must be detailed in an attachment to Exhibit “H”. Additionally, Provider may choose to further detail its security programs and measures that augment or are in addition to the Cybersecurity Framework in Exhibit “F”. Provider shall provide, in the Standard Schedule to the DPA, contact information of an employee who XXX may contact if there are any data security concerns or questions.

  • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

Each Party shall exercise the same degree of care to prevent harm or damage to the other Party and any third parties, its employees, agents or End User Customers, or their property as it employs to protect its own personnel, End User Customers and property, etc.

  • Server Security Servers containing unencrypted PHI COUNTY discloses to 4 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 5 must have sufficient administrative, physical, and technical controls in place to protect that data, based 6 upon a risk assessment/system security review.

  • Data Security Requirements Without limiting Contractor’s obligation of confidentiality as further described in this Contract, Contractor must establish, maintain, and enforce a data privacy program and an information and cyber security program, including safety, physical, and technical security and resiliency policies and procedures, that comply with the requirements set forth in this Contract and, to the extent such programs are consistent with and not less protective than the requirements set forth in this Contract and are at least equal to applicable best industry practices and standards (NIST 800-53). Contractor also shall provide technical and organizational safeguards against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access or use, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, transfer, commingling, or processing of such information that ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks presented by the processing of County Data, Contractor personnel and/or subcontractor personnel and affiliates approved by County to perform work under this Contract may use or disclose County personal and confidential information only as permitted in this Contract. Any other use or disclosure requires express approval in writing by the County of Orange. No Contractor personnel and/or subcontractor personnel or affiliate shall duplicate, disseminate, market, sell, or disclose County personal and confidential information except as allowed in this Contract. Contractor personnel and/or subcontractor personnel or affiliate who access, disclose, market, sell, or use County personal and confidential information in a manner or for a purpose not authorized by this Contract may be subject to civil and criminal sanctions contained in applicable federal and state statutes. Contractor shall take all reasonable measures to secure and defend all locations, equipment, systems, and other materials and facilities employed in connection with the Services against hackers and others who may seek, without authorization, to disrupt, damage, modify, access, or otherwise use Contractor systems or the information found therein; and prevent County data from being commingled with or contaminated by the data of other customers or their users of the Services and unauthorized access to any of County data. Contractor shall also continuously monitor its systems for potential areas where security could be breached. In no case shall the safeguards of Contractor’s data privacy and information and cyber security program be less stringent than the safeguards used by County. Without limiting any other audit rights of County, County shall have the right to review Contractor’s data privacy and information and cyber security program prior to commencement of Services and from time to time during the term of this Contract. All data belongs to the County and shall be destroyed or returned at the end of the contract via digital wiping, degaussing, or physical shredding as directed by County.

  • Information Security IET information security management practices, policies and regulatory compliance requirements are aimed at assuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Customer information. The UC Xxxxx Cyber-safety Policy, UC Xxxxx Security Standards Policy (PPM Section 310-22), is adopted by the campus and IET to define the responsibilities and key practices for assuring the security of UC Xxxxx computing systems and electronic data.

  • Mobile Deposit Security You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will notify us immediately by telephone with written confirmation if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.
