REMITTANCE OF DOCUMENTS. The Grantor undertakes to remit to the Notary all title deeds, documents and information necessary for the completion of the Sale, within twenty (20) Business Days prior to the execution thereof.
REMITTANCE OF DOCUMENTS. The Debtor shall pay the costs and honorary fees incurred by this agreement, any publication, surveying, appraisal and inspection costs, including those related to any renewal, notice, hypothec, waiver, cession of rank, discharge or release related to the agreement.   • Review of Documentation The Depositor, by execution and delivery hereof, acknowledges receipt of the Mortgage Files pertaining to the Mortgage Loans listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, subject to review thereof by Xxxxx Fargo Bank National Association, LaSalle Bank National Association, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and U.S. Bank National Association as applicable (each, a “Custodian” and, together, the “Custodians”), for the Depositor.
