Remedy Damages Sample Clauses

Remedy Damages. The Contractor shall promptly remedy damages and loss to property at the Site caused by the Contractor, by any Subcontractor, by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor or any such Subcontractor, or by anyone for whose acts the Contractor or any such Subcontractor may be liable. Should the Contractor cause damage to any Separate Contractor‘s work, the Contractor agrees, upon due notice, to settle with the Separate Contractor.

Remedy Damages. Contractor will remedy all damage, injury, or loss to any property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or part, by Contractor, any Subcontractor, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them or anyone of whose acts Contractor may be liable, except damage or loss attributable to the sole fault or to the acts or omissions of Owner or Inspector or anyone employed by them and not attributable, directly, or indirectly, in whole or in part, to the fault or negligence of Contractor.
