Remedies; Results of Termination. (a) Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the City or the District may institute such proceedings as it deems necessary or desirable to cure and remedy such Event of Default, including but not limited to proceedings to compel specific performance or to terminate this Agreement.
Remedies; Results of Termination. (a) Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the City or any other taxing district levying an ad valorem real property tax in the 3650-3660 X. Xxxxxxxx Redevelopment Area may institute such proceedings as it deems necessary or desirable to cure and remedy such Event of Default, including but not limited to proceedings to compel specific performance or to terminate this Agreement. Delinquent PILOTs shall bear interest at the same rate as delinquent ad valorem real property taxes from the date such delinquent PILOTs were first due.
