Remedies of the Holders. Unless otherwise consented to in writing by the Required Holders, no Holder, individually or together with any other Holder, shall have the right to, nor shall it, exercise or enforce any of the rights, powers or remedies which the Collateral Agent is authorized to exercise or enforce under this Agreement or any of the Collateral Documents.
